What we collect
- Account info: name and email when you sign up.
- RSVP info: which events you sign up for and your responses to any guest questions.
- Reviews: feedback you submit after a dinner.
- Communications: emails we send you and unsubscribe preferences.
How we use it
To curate guest lists, send event confirmations and reminders, follow up with reviews, and improve future dinners. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run Vibe & Connect — our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and (where applicable) SMS provider. Restaurants only receive a headcount and a reservation name, not your contact details.
Transactional emails (RSVP confirmation, event reminders, review requests) are sent as part of the service. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing admin@vibeandconnect.org. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to run the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
